Instrument Introduction:
D2 PHASER is the latest desktop polycrystalline X-ray diffractometer launched by Brooke AXS in Germany. Through Bragg Brentano geometry, high-quality diffraction data can be obtained for qualitative and quantitative analysis, grain size and micro stress analysis, crystallinity analysis, and structural refinement.
Advanced ceramic X-ray tube technology, high-precision angle measuring instruments, ultra-high intensity detectors, and award-winning software mean a perfect powder diffraction solution. When all of this is concentrated on a desktop diffractometer, this is D2 PHASER.
Technical parameters:
Theta/Theta vertical angle measuring instrument
61 x 60 x 70 cm (h x d x w)
No need for external computer, integrated design of instrument control and data acquisition system
No need for external water cooling
No need for pre calibration
90-250V, 50-60Hz power supply, plug and play
Main features:
The D2 PHASER is equipped with Bruker's latest θ/θ high-precision angle measuring instrument. Thanks to Bruker's patented technology, all components of a traditional diffractometer, including standardized ceramic X-ray tubes, detectors, multifunctional computer mainframe, screen, mouse, keyboard, and water cooling, can now be concentrated in a space of 70 × 61 × 60cm.
D2 PHASER is equipped with the unique DIFFRAC.SUE software, which enables easy data collection and analysis in both research and industrial fields.
D2 PHASER can be equipped with Lynx EyeTMLink one-dimensional array detector. This high-speed detector, which has been proven to have excellent performance countless times on the Brooke large D8 series diffractometer, has now been transplanted intact onto the D2 PHASER, achieving a perfect combination of performance and price for this small diffractometer.
